Creative technologist
Three years experience working as a Senior Creative Technologist within Twitter Next, Twitter's in house brand creative team.
I was responsible for rapidly building prototypes bring ideas to life before pitching to brands and acting as technical project manager for campaigns that made to production.
Rehab Agency
Created a working prototype in three days that allowed users to upload photos and then returned results based on machine learning analysis of the uploaded image.
Used Next.js as the front end framework and models from Teachable Machine for the machine learning.
Twirl Orange
I worked closely with VCCP on a world first, a Twitter only presale for limited edition Twirl Orange bars.
Acting as Twitter Next's technical lead, I helped execute a campaign that combined live dynamic video and the Twitter api to deliver a unique experience that could only have been executed on Twitter.
Rehab
Developed three dynamic prototypes for a client who wanted to explore how they could use their data APIs to power marketing campaigns to attract new users.
Millionaire
In April 2020 I created a Twitter version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire.
Over 30k users took part, with amazingly positive feedback , one user even called it, "An INCREDIBLE commitment to the entertainment of strangers on the internet". As a result we saw many brands successfully adopt the format for their own content.
Front End
IBM iX
Acting as Front End Lead I worked with the tech lead to design and implement the front end architecture for a complex data dashboard for EY. This brought together all the data EY needed to perform due diligence into one tool.
As part of the build I created a custom chart component library, built with d3.js, that allowed us to design bespoke data visualisations that allowed the client to easily get insights from highly complex data.

Senior Interface Devloper on sites for blue chip clients including BT, Barclays, Comparethemarkets and the Webby award nominated Electrolux Art Home website.

A tool that uses up to date vaccination data to guestimate how long it will be before the UK reaches herd immunity.
The tool was featured on Tim Harford's How to Vaccinate the World programme on Radio 4.

A timeline visualisation showing the relationship between covid case rates and local restriction tiers in the lead up to the January 2021 lockdown.

Secondsync
As co-founder, Product Director and Front End Lead I helped build SecondSync from the ground up. In two years we developed our social listening platform to become the defacto way Social TV audiences were measured across the industry.
SecondSync was acquired by Twitter in 2014.
Poli
Poli set out to disrupt how opinion polling is conducted, creating a platform where polling took place entirely within messenger apps, without the need to install an app or visit a website, thus removing the friction that has up to now, limited the number of people taking part in polls.
